Based on our expertise we have come across many issues faced at RND and Production level where Users face difficulties with the Equipment as it is designed as per OEM standards, but not necessarily they will be in line with User expectations, a few examples we will like to put forward for the solutions we have provided:
Auto Coater Bowl RND Model it was designed with Perforation of 2.5 mm suitable for tablet sizes of 3 mm, but due to some specific requirement they needed tablets of 2mm as such we developed them Bowl with Perforation of 1.5mm in line with their requirement and User is satisfied with its performance
Due to USFDA requirement one of our customer wanted a scale that can resemble size of the tablet vis a vis Innovator sample, as such we designed a scale that can provide comparative value in mm. Due to this it was possible for them to make a comparative analysis
One of our customer was facing problem with quality output in Extruder, it was not uniformly coming out due to which BD was getting effected, we took that Roller and modified the same for better quality and customer was satisfied and gave us multiple Rollers for modification.
In Spheronizer customer while Drug Loading wanted uniform loading of drugs on pellets, we designed the plate suitable to their requirement and satisfaction.
In RND Tablet counter is generally SS 316 MOC which by itself is very heavy and User finds it difficult to work along with it for longer time as such they approached us to provide some alternate material, we designed the Tablet Counter with Polycarbonate which was as light as a feather, User was satisfied with the same.
User as a very specific requirement for their Packaging Equipment to make cavity of only 13mg along with Nozzle, it is a very challenging project to design cavity to fill only 13 mg, we have designed and send them for approval.
In Production scale Auto Coater Mouth Pellets were getting stuck as such they needed to manually put the material inside the Auto Coater, these is not acceptable as Pellets will not get coated uniformly, they approached us to design a gliding arrangement that should stop pellets from getting stuck, we have started with our design.
RMG RND Model minimum capacity 2 ltrs, the drug is potent and very costly, the batch they are planning is below 0 .5 ltrs but in 2 ltrs it is not possible to go with such a low batch as granulation will not be effective, so they approached us to design the bowl that will fit in the existing equipment but with bowl capacity of 0.5 ltrs, we have designed the same, now we are waiting as soon as we get clearance, we will start with our work.
These are just few examples, Customization is necessary where User faces issues where in we can provide our expertise in understanding there problems and work accordingly to get User satisfaction.
